Shopping malls, like the Pacific View Mall in Ventura, are getting creative to keep up the foot traffic during economic hard times. Earlier this month KEY News told you how the Pacific View holds a weekly kids club and farmers market. But it's also doing it's part to make teens feel welcome even when they're just hanging out.
