Greka Named In Multi-Million Dollar Suit

Greka Oil is facing a multi-million dollar suit filed by the California Regional Water Quality Control Board. The lawsuit cites Greka's alleged failure to comply with cleanup orders. In the last half year or so, Greka has been at the forefront of environmental mishaps and those who have filed the suit say enough is enough. KEY News Reporter Mike Defina joins us from the KEY Newsroom with more.
