Teens Arrested For Throwing Rocks Into Traffic

Two teenagers are in trouble for dropping rocks onto cars from a freeway overpass. It happened on the 118 freeway at Yosemite Avenue in Simi Valley. And it's not the first time police have seen this type of incident. California Highway Patrol officers say its a misdemeanor to throw a rock from an overpass but a felony is it hurts someone.
