Ventura County authorities say they've seized more than 14,000 marijuana plants. The seizure happened Tuesday in the Gold Hill area of the county. That's west of the Hungary Valley State Off Highway Vehicle Park on the northern slope of Alamo Mountain. Just days before the drug seizure, officials arrested 35-year-old Alejandro Anguiano and 28-year-old Jorge Lucatero for conspiracy to cultivate marijuana.
