Condo Plan Sent to Architectural Board of Review
A controversial, three-story condominium project is on its way to the Architectural Board of Review. The Santa Barbara City Council voted 4 to 3 to send it to the ABR. The condos would replace a gas station at the corner of Coast Village Road and Olive Mill. The owner of the gas station is pushing the project. However, some residents are concerned about the size of the project. The planning commission has already approved the project. It went before the council Tuesday night on appeal.
