Check Fraud Caught On Tape

Lompoc Police are looking for a woman suspected of passing fraudulent checks. Police say this surveillance video shows the woman passing fake American Express travelers checks. In each case she allegedly makes a small purchase with the $100 check and receives the difference in cash. The suspect is white, in her mid 30's... about five-foot-seven and between 160 to 200-pounds. She may be driving a small, grey, four-door car. If you have any information call Lompoc Police.
