LocalUC Workers Set To Strike
Barring a last minute settlement University of California service workers will begin a five day strike this coming Monday. Close to 98% of the service workers voted to go on strike in May, demanding better wages. They decided to hold off and continue to negotiate with UC executives, but talks have broken off and now a strike is all set to happen. KEY News Reporter Mike Klan spoke with frustrated workers and joins us from UCSB with details of this upcoming strike.
