Voters To Decide On Safe Neighborhood Act

Look for Proposition 6, the "Safe Neighborhoods Act" on November's ballot. The measure would make sure lawmakers can't take away funding for law enforcement agencies across the state. It would also give $364 million to prevent gang activity and violent crime. The proposition also adds harsher punishments for certain crimes.
