61 year old, Frank Louda is dead tonight after being pulled from the waters of a local beach. The drowning happened just after one this afternoon on Saint Augustine Beach near Hollister Ranch. When authorities arrived, CPR was already being performed on the victim. A helicopter was ordered to land at La Cumbre Junior High School in Santa Barbara to transport the victim to Cottage Hospital.
