A man is arrested, accused of threatening Santa Barbara Police Chief Cam Sanchez. Authorities say Wayne Scoles yelled and threatened to assault Sanchez at Shoreline Park. Sanchez was attending a wedding ceremony at the time. Scoles was arrested and later released on a citation for disturbing the peace.
