Bike Station Santa Barbara is celebrating it's one year anniversary. The station helps make regular bicycle commuting a viable option for those who work downtown. Located at 1221 Anacapa Street in downtown Santa Barbara, the facility offers riders secure bike parking, lockers, showers and restrooms. The membership has grown to more than 80 cyclists. Rising gas prices may be one of the factors in people's decision to ride instead of drive.
