Homeschooling To Get A Makeover
The Santa Barbara School District could be getting a home school program. Some educators are calling it "Education of the Future." As it turns out, it could bring more students and money to the district. KEY News Reporter Ryan Carmel has the story.
There is an informational meeting for parents of elementary school children on Tuesday, May 13th from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and for parents of junior high and high school students on Tuesday, May 20th. The meetings are at Home School Santa Barbara's office at 487 North Turnpike. If the school board approves the program, registration will start June 3rd. |
