Weekend drivers, plan accordingly Highway 246 through Solvang will be closed for a few hours Saturday morning. The closure begins at 7:30 a.m. and will last through 10:30 a.m. for the Solvang Half Marathon. Electronic message boards will be in place to help drivers detour through the area during the three hour closure.
