Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger says California could face a budget deficit that approaches a dizzying $20 billion through June 2009. He's proposing cut backs in many areas and a local group says the cuts are actually targeting those in need. KEY News Reporter Mike DeFina joins us from the newsroom with more on these potential cuts.
