Groups Unite to Improve Bus and Rail Services
In a first-of-its-kind grassroots effort, local non profit organizations met Saturday afternoon to highlight the need for more mass transit in Santa Barbara and Ventura Counties.
And to make sure area residents got the message, former Presidential candidate and vice chair of Amtrak, Michael Dukakis, came out to speak about the Central Coast's growing traffic problems. Key News Reporter Arti Nehru has more on this meeting. |
