Search Underway for Bank Robber
Investigators are searching for a male suspect who robbed a local bank on the Eve of New Years.
Rabobank at 75 Santa Rosa Street in San Luis Obispo was robbed shortly before noon Monday. The suspect entered the bank and threatened the nearest teller verbally but did not present a weapon. He then escaped with cash, officials have yet to verify the amount. He is described as a White male, 45-50 years, 5-10, medium build, clean shaven, dark hair with a "ponytail", wearing prescription glasses. The male drove away in a maroon, or red, four door mid-size vehicle that is in poor condition. Police Department investigators and the FBI will be continuing the investigation.
