Suspect Accused of Molesting Boy Scout

A Boy Scouts volunteer was arrested for lewd conduct with a child under 14 years old.

The Boy Scout came forward after telling his parents of the lewd conduct by volunteer Al Stein on Tuesday.
The sexual assault occurred while Stein was working with the minor at the Boy Scouts Troop 36 Christmas Tree lot in Goleta.

Sheriff's Detectives arrested 28 year old Al Stein on December 5th after searching his home. He was booked into the County Jail for Lewd and Lascivious Conduct with a Minor under the age of 14. He's being held on $100,000.00.
