Fire Victims Need Animal HelpA locally based non profit organization is gathering donations for pet owners impacted by the massive Southern California wildfires. Animal Rescue Team Incorporated in Santa Ynez, says it's taking in donations of pet food, leashes, cages and other essential items as part of a large shipment that will be going to an Orange County shelter this weekend. Coordinator Julia DiSieno says they are also looking for volunteer drivers, especially those with trucks. Thousands of residents and their pets have been displaced by the fires. They are in need of essential supplies to get victims back on their feet, and in this case, it's focused on the four legged kind.
