According to Cal Fire SLO on Twitter, fire engines were sent to the Cypress Fire on the 1400 block of Cypress Mountain Drive. PG&E crews were dispatched to the fire to make sure it was clear of any potential downed power lines, per Cal Fire SLO.

The fire has grown to 25 acres, but forward progress was stopped by 2 a.m. Tuesday morning. No structures have been damaged. Crews will be on scene throughout the day to contain the fire and mop up hot spots.
