OXNARD, Calif. - The California Scholarship Federation helped plan a road trip for high school juniors on Sunday.
They left Oxnard High School on a bus Sunday morning.
They plan to visit six college campuses in just 48 hours.
They don't have school on Monday.
Cal Poly San Luis Obispo was the first stop.
They will also visit Stanford, San Francisco State University, University of California, Berkeley, UC Davis and UC Merced.
Organizers said seeing the campuses helps students decide where to apply during their senior years.
CSF helped make the trip affordable.
Each student paid about $200 for the two-day trip.
