How does your city rank when it comes to hitting the books? In honor of National Library Week April 11-17, check out America's 20 most literate cities, according to an annual study by Dr. Jack Miller, president of Central Connecticut State University. Miller ranks literacy in the largest cities (population 250,000 or more) in the U.S., focusing on newspaper circulation, number of bookstores, library resources, periodical publishing resources, educational attainment, and Internet resources.
