SANTA BARBARA COUNTY, Calif. -

Santa Barbara County Sheriff's deputies are asking for the public's help in tracking down a stabbing suspect.

The man has been identified as 47-year-old Gabriel Nicholas Rivera of Santa Barbara. He was last seen wearing brown or yellow shorts, hiking boots, no shirt and an eye patch.

Rivera is accused of stabbing two men in the 1500 block of Highway 154 after a verbal argument. Deputies said the men knew the suspect. The victims were taken to a local hospital and treated for their injuries.
