Reward offered for missing Pasadena boy

Reports brought investigators to Lake Cachuma

SANTA BARBARA COUNTY, Calif. - Was a 5-year-old Aramazd Andressian Jr. kidnapped? A $10,000 reward may help answer that question.

The Los Angeles County board of supervisors voted on Tuesday to put up the money in hopes helping find the Pasadena boy, according to the Associated Press.

The 5-year-old went missing on April 22 after spending time with his father who was found unconscious at a park. According to the Associated Press, the father could not account for the whereabouts of his son.

The boy's mother said her estranged husband failed to drop off the child at a pre-arranged spot.

Eyewitness accounts brought search crews to Lake Cachuma twice. Divers combed the water for any sign of the boy.

The hope is that the reward money will bring someone out of the woodwork who may be hiding Aramazd or know where he is.
