SAN LUIS OBISPO, Calif. - A spokesperson for the Hennepin County Sheriff's Department has confirmed that an arrest has been made following the disappearance and murder of 26-year old Kristen Marti.

36-year old Robert Koehler, a resident of Arroyo Grande, had been named as the sole person of interest in the case. His last known residence was Grover Beach.

KCOY 12 News has confirmed Koehler and his wife were arrested at a Travel America Truck Stop at 7:38 p.m. last night in Rogers, Minnesota

According to the Rogers Police Department, the FBI office in Minneapolis called the Rogers Police Department and said they needed assistance in making an arrest.

FBI agents and officers from the San Luis Obispo Police Department were in Rogers and located the car in the parking lot.

Koehler, his wife and their dog were outside their car on the restaurant side of the parking lot.

Officers approached them at gunpoint. Koehler and his wife complied and did not resist.

Both he and his wife were taken into custody. Roger's wife was eventually released after being interviewed. Rogers PD says Koehler and his wife may have been traveling towards Michigan for an unknown reason

A Hennepin County Sheriff's Department spokesperson says Koehler is currently being held in the Hennepin County Jail.
