Speeding traffic stop led to discovery of weapons

SANTA MARIA, Calif. - A routine traffic stop led to the discovery of two assault rifles and a meth pipe that were under the possession of a convicted felon in Santa Maria.

Santa Barbara County Sheriff's deputies pulled over 52-year-old Barry Pardo, a resident of Santa Maria, for speeding in the area of Mahoney Road and Black Road.
