LOMPOC, Calif. - An suspect has been arrested in connection to a stabbing that occurred Saturday outside of Lompoc bar that left a victim with serious injuries
At around 1:45 a.m. Lompoc Police Department Dispatch received a 911 call regarding a stabbing at DJ's bar, 724 E. Ocean Ave.
Once on scene officers located a male victim that was stabbed multiple times causing a portion of his intestine to be exposed.
LPD detectives began to investigate and identified the suspect as Humberto Castillo Arias, 20, of Lompoc.
Arias was reportedly involved in a fight with the victim that started near the back door of DJ's Bar.
LPD detectives served a warrant on Thursday afternoon, Arias was home and was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Lompoc Police Department Jail.
He faces possible charges for Assault with a Deadly Weapon other than a Firearm, Causing Great Bodily Injury when committing a felony and Committing a Crime while out on bail.
