The Pentagon announced plans to lift the ban on women in combat. That move will open up tens of thousands of military jobs to women. Officials say there will now be gender neutral standards for most combat positions. More than 280 thousand women have been deployed to war zones since 2001. A former Navy Seabee says it's about time women were welcome on the front lines. But she admits it can be difficult for both men and women. Military branches have until the middle of May to come up with plans to integrate women.
