Ventura County sheriff's deputies released a photo of a registered sex offender, who is in trouble with the law again.
Oxnard Police said they arrested William Preston Davis on Monday.
The 68-year-old is accused of molesting a relative under the age of 11.
Davis is being held on $1 million bail.
He is scheduled to be arraigned next Thursday.
