San Francisco Giants come to San Luis Obispo County

SAN LUIS OBISPO COUNTY, Calif. -

The San Francisco Giants are taking a trophy tour after two World Series wins.  Their travels started last month in Sacramento.

Fans will get a chance to see trophies from their 2010 and 2012 wins.  Last year, they celebrated a four-game sweep of the American League Champion Detroit Tigers.

You can see the trophies in person this Wednesday in Lompoc at the Dick DeWees Community Center at 1120 Ocean Avenue in Lompoc from 6 to 8 p.m.  Thursday, the tour takes the team to San Luis Obispo, then to Paso Robles on Friday.

The event is free, but donations will go to the Junior Giants.
