LOMPOC, Calif. -

A San Luis Obispo County sheriff's deputy and his loveable K-9, Jack, paid a visit to a young Lompoc boy undergoing chemotherapy.

Six-year-old Nathan is a big fan of law enforcement officers and was surprised by Deputy Al Barger and Jack.

Barger also presented Nathan with a K-9 unit hat and coin.
