Railroad activity has stopped in the Santa Barbara area because of a refrigeration truck rollover accident. The rollover accident happened at Los Patos near Highway 101, under the railroad crossing bridge around 7:30p.m. Tuesday. The driver was not hurt in the crash. The ten-wheeler was carrying meat products. No one else was hurt. So far the exit lane is closed off of Highway 101.
