SANTA MARIA, Calif. -

Santa Maria police are investigating a home on the 1100 block of West Donovan and Blosser Roads.

Just after 4 p.m. on Monday, officers said they responded to a call about suspicious activity. Once they arrived, they determined that a violent crime had taken place inside the home. The house was completely sealed off with crime scene tape. Police detectives were inside the home gathering evidence. They are not releasing much information at this time as to when the crime occurred, or who was hurt. The coroner was not called to the scene, and no body was found.
