SANTA BARBARA - Temperatures will be 10-15 degrees below normal through Monday. Highs will be in the 50s. Gusty winds in some areas will make it feel like highs are in the 40s. Overnight lows will be at or below freezing in most areas through the weekend. Even coastal areas will likely see frost overnight tonight and tomorrow night. Agriculture experts tell KEY News frost can damage plants anytime we experience sub-freezing temperatures. Plants should be covered or brought indoors overnight to prevent cold weather damage.
