SANTA BARBARA, Calif. -

Singing in the Rain. State Street in Santa Barbara transformed into a winter wonderland Wednesday.

The 18th Annual La Arcada Christmas Walk included strolling carolers and local musicians. The carolers didn't let Wednesday night's rainy forecast stop them from belting out holiday tunes.

Guests enjoyed the music and the tree-filled court that was transformed into a winter paradise.
