Foresters Will Induct 2 New Members Into Hall OF Fame

SANTA BARBARA, Calif. -

Ryan Church was one of the first Santa Barbara Foresters to become an everyday player in the Major Leagues. DeAndre Miller helped Santa Barbara win two National Championships. Both players will be inducted into the Foresters Hall of Fame this Friday night at the Earl Warren Showgrounds.

Church played with the Foresters in 1998 and 1999 and helped the 'Sters knock off Team USA. Miller played in Santa Barbara from 2005-2008 and two of his teams won the NBC World Series in Wichita, Kansas. The Hot Stove Banquet in joint effort with UCSB Baseball as the money raised goes to facility improvements at UCSB's stadium in which both teams play their games.
