E-Book Collection Growing at Libraries

The Santa Barbara Public Library system has over 5,000 titles. Their list of e-books is expected to grow by several hundred by Christmas Eve.

The virtual books are available for many kinds of electronic devices. Some of the available formats are Kindle, Nook, Sony E-Reader, I-Pad, I-Pod and I-Phone.

E-Books can be checked out for two weeks at a time. All you need is a library card, internet access and an E-Reader device.

Library staffers say public libraries aren't going anywhere. They are just changing with the times.
