(CNN) -

Soon after a new poster for "The Hangover Part III" hit the Web, fans of the franchise got a treat in the form of an official teaser trailer on Thursday.

The trailer begins on a somber note, with Alan singing his own rendition of "Ave Maria" at a funeral. But before long, the Wolf Pack is back on the Vegas Strip -- where they belong.

Justin Bartha's Doug is scarce, but Ken Jeong and "Hangover" newcomers Melissa McCarthy and John Goodman are featured.

In place of a tiger and a drug-dealing monkey, which made appearances in parts "I" and "II," respectively, it looks like a giraffe will fill this installment's wildlife quota.
