FONTANA, Calif. - Actor Scott Eastwood had touching words about the late Paul Walker during a recent interview for the "Fate of the Furious" movie coming out Friday nationwide.
Walker starred in the "Fast and Furious" movies until his death in November 2013, during a violent car crash in Valencia, Calif. He was a part-time Santa Barbara resident.
Eastwood was at the Auto Club Speedway where he served as the Grand Marshall for the Auto Club 400 NASCAR race on March 26.
During the pre-race press conference, he was asked by News Channel 3 how Walker had been remembered during the filming both by Eastwood and the crew.
Eastwood said at times it was emotional. There is a family feeling to the crew, and it was "a tough one."
He said there were days when the missed Walker "terribly."
