Local Probation Department Faces Claims Of Racism And Harassment

Ventura, CA-- A local probation officer is suing the Ventura County Probation Agency.

Tressie Nickelberry, a Ventura County Deputy Probation Officer from Camarillo, accusing the agency of institutional racism. And she's not the only one complaining.

Nickleberry says she is taking a stand because she is being cheated out of the American dream.
