Experts Warn Of Slow Recovery For SLO County
San Luis Obispo, CA-- On Friday, UCSB released its 2010 'Economic Outlook' report for San Luis Obispo County.
An audience of 400, listened to a trio of speakers highlight economic bullet points, from stimulus spending, to local non-farm jobs. However, if you've paid any attention to past, local economic outlook reports, you may recall 2010 as a benchmark turning point for our economy. Following Friday's presentation, that is not the case. Nationally, the big question is: when will sustained growth begin again? And when it comes to our "broken state," analysts say our missing legislature has created a climate ripe for interest groups to make a power grab. KEY News Reporter Beth Farnsworth has more. |
