Store Clerk Robbed At Knifepoint
Santa Maria, CA-- A 7-11 clerk was robbed in the early morning hours by a man carrying a knife.
The robbery happened around 3 a.m. Monday morning on the 1800 block of N. Broadway. Police say, the suspect walked into the convenience store, pulled out a knife and demanded money from the employee behind the counter. The clerk was not injured but the suspect did get away with an undisclosed amount of cash. The suspect is described as an Hispanic male, 18 to 20-years-old, standing 5'6'' and was said to be wearing a black jersey over a blue hooded sweatshirt. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Santa Maria Police Department. |
