Memorial Held For Local Commander Killed In Action
San Luis Obispo, CA-- A memorial service was held Tuesday morning for a Naval Reserve Commander who was killed in action while serving in Iraq.
54-year-old Commander Duane Wolfe died from injuries received during an "improvised explosive attack". Wolfe served as the Civilian Deputy Commander of the "30th Space Wing Mission Support Group" based out of Vandenberg Air Force Base. Tuesday's service was held at Camp San Luis Obispo Wolfe was a 32-year resident of Los Osos. KEY News Reporter Coleen Sullivan attended the memorial and has more on the tribute. |
