Santa Barbara, CA-- With a mix of hope and hard truths, President Obama's speech before congress Tuesday night ended with the promise that America will "rebuild and recover."

Part of the president's speech addressed a new lending fund to keep the economy running. The new lending fund is a mammoth effort by Washington to restore consumer confidence in this recession plagued economy.

KEY News Reporter Mike Klan spoke with local banking executives and joins us with their reaction.
