Heather Locklear's Montecito DUI Case is Dismissed

Actress Heather Locklear is on probation tonight, after her lawyer, Blair Berk, entered a no contest plea to misdemeanor reckless driving in a Santa Barbara courtroom Friday afternoon.

Locklear was arrested last September in Montecito after allegedly driving under the influence of prescription pills. No Alcohol was involved.

The Santa Barbara County Superior Judge put the actress on 3 years of informal probation.

She must also pay a $700 fine and attend a 12 hour driver's education program as part of her plea.

Locklear was not in court today.
