Chef Peter Gennaro Visits the KEYT Kitchen

On Friday, May 19th, Chef Peter Gennaro from Rodney's Steakhouse at the Fess Parker Doubletree Resort joins us. Click the camera to watch him cook up some delicious strawberry delights.


Peter's recipe in the 6:00am half hour was a Strawberry Parfait. The recipe is as follows:
8oz Cream cheese
1/2 C. Sour cream
1/2 C. Sugar
3tbl. Sambuca liquor
2tbl. Heavy cream
2pt. Strawberries

Blend cream cheese and sour cream in a small bowl. Stir in sugar, sambuca and cream. Using a tall champagne or wine glass fill the bottom with the cream cheese mix, top with strawberries. Repeat to create layers.
Top with your choice of almonds or chocolate etc.
