On Saturday morning a Santa Barbara family awoke to a frightening and disturbing scenario, a man broke into their apartment, took his clothes off and threatened to kill them. Police say a Phillip Matovich, 26 of Santa Barbara broke into two apartments of the 300 block of Ladera Lane and threatened to kill the families inside. Police apprehended Matavovich after an officer "tased" while he held a woman captive. He's now behind bars facing attempted murder charges. KEY News Reporter Ryan Carmel has more on what happened.
