Airport Safety Bill To Cost City Millions
A highly controversial bill is stalled in the political pipeline, but still has Santa Barbara City leaders scratching their heads. The Federal Aviation Administration 'Re-authorization Bill' would revise aircraft rescue and firefighting standards at airports, nationwide.
