They're not just sleepless in Seattle. Find out which U.S. cities are the most sleep-deprived.
As part of the Great American Pillow Toss sleep education campaign, Carpenter Co. and SleepBetter.org analyzed data from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention's annual Behavioral Risk Factor Surveillance System Survey to rank the nation’s most sleep-deprived cities. The study looked at the percentage of the population that reported sleeplessness and the average numbers of days people reported not getting enough sleep in a month.
