Event Description

Depot Day, the annual fall event that commemorates the long and eventful life of Goleta Depot, it also is the museum's primary annual community fundraiser. Only on Depot Day can museum visitors ride on the three different types of rail vehicles: miniature train, handcar, and as a special added attraction, Bob Mahan's inspection speeder. All rides are $1 on Depot Day. Not only will there be fun rides to enjoy on Depot Day but as well as some fun tunes, food, and fun auction items. So don't miss out on this event come on down and bring the whole family, especially the kids so that they can enjoy the train rides.
