Event Description

Santa Barbara City College will square off with Allan Hancock College for the title of best tri-tip chef team. All proceeds will benefit the athletic departments at both colleges. Dedication for the re-opening of La Playa Stadium will be held at 5:40 p.m. followed by the season opening football game between the SBCC Vaqueros and the Allan Hancock College Bulldogs. The half-time activity will feature a chance for randomly selected fans to participate in a field goal kick for a prize of $10,000.
